1.Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1-3 days.
If we experience a high volume of order. processing will be delayed. You will be notified if there is any significant delay in your order.
2.Shipping Methods and Delivery Time
Delivery times vary based on your location and the shipping method selected. Please note that delivery times are estimate and may be impacted by carrier delays, weather or unforseen circumstances beyond our control.
3. Order tracking & tracking number.
Once your order has been shipped. You will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking number. You can track your order directly through the shipping carrier's website.
4. Undeliverable Packages
If a package is returned to us due to an incorrect shipping address. Refusal to accept delivery, or other reasons, we will contact you to arrange for reshipment fees may apply.
5. Changes To Your Shipping Address
If you need to update you shipping address. Please contact us a byoravi@gmail.com within 24 hours of placing your order. Once the order has shipped, we cannot change the shipping address.
RETURNS
At Oravi, we want you to love every piece you wear. Please note that we do not offer returns or refunds.
If your item doesn’t fit quite right, you may exchange it for another size, color, or an item of the same value, as long as it meets our exchange
•The item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original condition.
•Exchanges must be requested within 3 days of receiving your order.
•Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
